1. Who we are
Vilnius App is a city companion for Vilnius, Lithuania. It helps you explore local events, pet resources, startups, accessibility information, street problem reports, safety trends, and other city tools.
Contact: Vilnius, Lithuania
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may process:
- Account details - name, email address, and password when you register or sign in.

- Photos and camera content - images you choose or take to report a street problem or submit a lost & found / pet notice.
- Reports and submissions - descriptions, addresses, categories, and other content you send through problem reports, pet community posts, or similar features.
- Device and technical data - basic device information needed to run the App, such as operating system and local app storage identifiers.
Some features also show publicly available city or safety trend information. That content is not personal data about you unless you choose to submit something yourself.

The App may ask for these device permissions:
- Location (while using the App) - to show nearby places and pin reports on the map.
- Camera - so you can photograph a street problem or related submission.
- Photo library - so you can attach an existing photo to a report or notice.
You can deny or revoke these permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work without them.
5. Where your data is stored
Some data stays on your device (for example preferences and local caches). When cloud features are enabled, account and submission data may be stored with our hosting and database providers (including services such as Supabase) so the App can sync across sessions and devices.
Providers process data on our instructions and only as needed to operate the App. Servers may be located in the EU or other regions used by those providers.

We may share information only when needed for:
- Operating the App (infrastructure and hosting providers)

8. Your rights
If you are in the European Economic Area (including Lithuania) or another region with similar laws, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal data, and to data portability where applicable.
To exercise these rights, use the App’s support or account settings when available. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Lithuania: the State Data Protection Inspectorate).
